WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship orders daily Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in SA). All orders will be sent out 24hrs after payment.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? (AUSTRALIA)
Registered Post – Takes 2-6 days and requires signature on delivery to prevent lost items. $7 for 1 item additional items are free! A flat $7 no matter how many items you order.
Express Post Platinum – Takes 2 days and requires signature on delivery to prevent lost items. $10 for 1 item additional items are free! A flat $10 no matter how many items you order.
If not home for delivery the items will not be left in mail boxes, a card will be left and the item taken to the local post office for pick up.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please be certain the shipping address given on your order is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. We ship to the exact address on the shipping information area of your check out form. Please be certain the shipping address is correct.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Log into you account and check the order tracking, it will reveal you tracking number which can be used to contact Australia Post (ph 13 13 18). The packages are usually at the local post office awaiting delivery
CAN I GET IT DELIVERED TO MY PLACE OF WORK?
Yes simply when preceding through the checkout change the shipping address to your place of work.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?
We do not accept pick up, all orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Registered Post Tracking will not show up online until the item is either delivered or is awaiting collection from the local Post Office.
